I want to stop receiving notifications for an offer. What do I do?
Please fill in the support form in the customer care section, select the "Other" subject, and type "Remove" in the Message. Please provide us with your email so we will be able to stop send you notifications."
I want to complete the purchase but the item is no longer available
We are sorry, but this specific item is no longer available in the store.
Our recommendation is to look for a comparable item in the store and if the Make an Offer option becomes available for that item, submit a new offer.
I purchased but still got an "About to expire" email
In rare cases the “About to expire” email is sent even though you already completed the purchase. We’re sorry. Please ignore this email.
I accepted the offer but am having problems completing the purchase
Below are the basic steps to complete a purchase following an offer submission:
  1. Click on the “Checkout” or “Complete my purchase” button within in the body of the “Your Offer’s details” or “Your Offer Is About To Expire” email.
  2. You will be redirected to the store’s checkout page.
  3. At this point, you may be required to login to the store. So, either register as a new user or use your existing account username and password with the store.
  4. When you reach the store’s checkout, the item will appear with the discounted price.
  5. Complete the store’s checkout process. If you have issues at this step please contact the retailer's customer support directly.
My offer expired. What can I do?
If the offer expired before you had the chance to complete your purchase please fill in the support form in the customer care section; select the “My offer expired” subject and make sure the form includes your offer ID and email address that was used during the offer submission. We will then contact the store’s customer support and hopefully provide you with a way to complete the purchase based on your offer.
I'm getting an error message while making an offer
Please fill in the support form in the customer care section; select the “Technical issues“ subject. Please provide as much details as you can about the error message so we will be able to quickly assist you to complete your purchase.
I need more information about item specifications, orders and/or shipping
Please contact the retailer’s customer support directly for inquiries about item specifications, orders and shipping issues.
I can't login to the store. What can I do?
Your store’s account is separate from your Personali’s account.
If you are new to the store, you will need to sign up and create an account at the store as well.
